Welcome to the Stacy Stewart Smith bespoke experience. Before your garment enters production, we require a completed measurement form. This document guides us in drafting a custom pattern that is uniquely yours — please complete every field with care and accuracy.
You are always welcome to reach out during the construction process with additional information or to request a video consultation via Webex. We are here with you at every step.
How to Submit
- Download the form using the button below.
- Complete every field as accurately as possible. Have a second person take your measurements where indicated.
- Return the completed form to couture@stacystewartsmith.com with your Shopify order number in the subject line.
Your garment will not enter production until your completed form is received. If you have questions, contact us at couture@stacystewartsmith.com.
