The Stacy Stewart Smith Couture Fitting Room is the central point for beginning and managing a couture commission. First-time preorder and custom clients require one completed measurement form per order. The form provides the atelier record used alongside calculator results, Webex consultations, pattern review, and any required muslin fitting. Calculator recommendations remain advisory, and the atelier reviews custom requests for fit and construction feasibility before production.

Average production is 15 to 30 days from payment and receipt of the completed form, followed by approximately 3 to 8 days for shipping. Tailored and structured garments generally require at least two fitting consultations. Clients may contact the atelier throughout the process with additional information or to request a follow-up conversation.

Using the SPEC REFORM Calculator

Use a flexible tape and, when possible, another person; measure the body rather than an existing garment; wear light clothing; stand naturally; enter only the fields shown by the calculator; and choose inches or centimeters accurately. Treat the result as advisory. You may choose another available size. Lower-than-recommended selections should receive a complimentary Webex fit review. Custom review means the atelier must assess feasibility before production.

25% on orders of $30,000 or more. The full commission. Twenty-five percent savings on a wardrobe that will be remembered. The house is honored.

Production and Delivery

Average production is 15 to 30 days from payment and receipt of the completed measurement form, plus approximately 3 to 8 days shipping for couture items. One form is needed per customer. Shipping insurance is the client's responsibility; coverage may be added at checkout and is strongly recommended for couture orders.
