Shipping Policy

Stacy Stewart Smith Enterprises ships via USPS and DHL Express. Most garments are made to order — please allow 2–6 weeks for production prior to shipment, depending on the complexity and customization of your order. Estimated transit times are displayed at checkout and apply to shipping only, not production.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping & Geographic Coverage

Stacy Stewart Smith Enterprises ships within the United States and to a select number of international destinations, including the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Japan, UAE, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand, Taiwan, Thailand, Israel, Kuwait, Qatar, Brazil, Paraguay, Mexico, India, China, and South Africa.

All garments are made to order and are therefore exempt from standard return and cooling-off provisions under applicable consumer protection laws. By placing an order, you acknowledge the bespoke nature of your purchase.

We do not currently ship to the European Union. For future EU availability, please contact us at couture@stacystewartsmith.com.

Customs, Duties & Restricted Materials

Stacy Stewart Smith Enterprises is not responsible for any orders held, seized, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities in the destination country. No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders lost to customs enforcement. Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not collected at checkout.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have verified the legality of importing your order's materials into your country and accept full responsibility for any customs outcome.

Certain garments incorporate natural materials including animal fur, horn, shell, and feather that may be subject to import restrictions in the destination country. Pricing reflects the hand of the couturier and remains uniform regardless of destination. For clients in countries where specific materials are subject to customs restrictions, Stacy Stewart Smith Enterprises offers two options upon request: shipment to an alternate international address such as a residence in the United Kingdom or the United States, or substitution of restricted materials with premium alternatives of equivalent aesthetic quality, subject to client approval via email confirmation prior to production. Payment Methods & Dispute Limitations

Stacy Stewart Smith Enterprises accepts payment via major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments. All sales of made-to-order garments are final upon production commencement. Stacy Stewart Smith Enterprises is not responsible for payment disputes initiated through third-party payment processors that contradict the terms of this policy.
